SolarFuture was established in 2014 with the goal of becoming a strong player in the solar PV market. From the start, our focus has been on professional solar PV solutions for the business sector. SolarFuture has steadily grown and gained a solid market position.
With more than 200 completed projects in Denmark, Sweden, and the Faroe Islands, we have built up extensive experience and know-how. Our head office is in Albertslund near Copenhagen, and we also have a department in Aarhus. Our team consists of more than 20 employees, including engineers, project managers, and solar PV and commissioning specialists.
From 2020 to 2024, the company has been growing rapidly, and we now have several large-scale projects of over 10 MW in operation. This development shows that we, as an organization, are well on our way to becoming one of the largest players in the industry.
Our strength lies in combining technical knowledge with project management and business understanding. We follow projects from start to finish: from the initial idea and project design, through permits, approvals, and financing, to delivery and commissioning.
Our customers appreciate that they can trust us to deliver what we promise. Reliability and transparency are central values in everything we do.
We believe that sustainable energy is not just a technical solution but also a social responsibility. That’s why we take great pride in creating value for both our customers and society.
In 2023, we published our first ESG report, which describes our efforts within the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and documents our results. The report also provides clear and measurable results.

Winner of the Øresund Bridge Stage 1 ground-mounted project (255 kW)
Our brand is established, and we secure several major framework agreements for more than 10 MW in Denmark and Sweden.
The first 1 MW rooftop system is installed for COOP Denmark.
Several major projects are launched, including The Opera House in Copenhagen (700 kW) & The Øresund Bridge (2.5 MW).
Largest ground-mounted system established – Grenaa District Heating Plant (11 MW).
With a new headquarters in Albertslund and a western division in Sabro, we now cover all of Denmark with fast delivery.
Establishment of the world’s largest rooftop solar PV system at DSV’s logistics center in Horsens (35 MW).
